If something isn't right, we want to fix it. This policy covers returns and refunds on physical items bought from Bulkhub.

Hardware

Unused hardware in its original packaging may be returned within a reasonable period. Faulty items are handled under the applicable warranty.

Services

Recurring services can be cancelled going forward; already-provided service periods aren't refundable unless we've agreed otherwise.
